What if I simply changed my mind on products I purchased?
If for any reason you decide that you no longer want an item purchased from www.inspireathletic.com.au, simply return it to us within 14 days of purchase and we will gladly arrange a refund or exchange (your choice) equal to the amount paid for the goods (excluding nutrition that has been opened - we can’t do anything with this one). The item must be in the same saleable condition as when received. Removal of any tags will void the return of all items. Swimwear tags and liners must be intact.
If you opt for a refund, this will be processed via the payment method used at the time of purchase. We aim to work fast but please note that the refund process may take up to two weeks for funds to appear back on the card used for the original purchase.
It is important that the item(s) and any packaging and ticketing which the goods may have come in/with, are in the same condition as when they shipped from us, if these conditions are not met, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange and no change of mind refunds or exchanges can be provided unless the item(s) are deemed faulty and proof of purchase must be provided.
Orders returned for exchange, refund or product assessment are at the cost of the customer. If a garment is deemed to have a manufacturing fault the postage will be refunded once we have liaised with the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping and handling charges. You will need to send the original or a copy of your tax invoice with your order. In the event that your product is lost in transit, Inspire Athletic will not be held liable and therefore we recommend that you send all returns via Registered Post.
We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return your product(s) for your account to the refund/exchange to actioned.
Do you pay for my return shipping?
All postage and handling costs will be incurred by the purchaser. For faulty or damaged products please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review, we will credit the cost of postage back to you. We don’t take any responsibility for returns lost in transit and recommend you send your items back to us with a tracked service.
Oops you were sent the wrong items, or are missing part of an order
If we made an error in your order, we’re very sorry. Unfortunately we’re all human and sometimes mistakes do happen. Please email us and let us know. If the error is our fault we will correct our mistake to the best of our human powers.
