Shipping Info
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct shipping details have been entered at the time of order. Once the order has been processed through the checkout process Inspire Athletic is unable to amend orders. If the incorrect delivery address has been supplied it is at cost to the customer to arrange re-delivery. Please be advised that re-delivery is $10 within Australia and $20 to an international location.
Please include a company name if you are delivering to a business address. If a parcel has been signed for and accepted upon delivery, Inspire Athletic will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address.
Postage costs
Orders of $99 and over will qualify for free standard delivery to Australia when the code "FREE" is used at checkout. This code is advertised on the header of the website landing page. All orders under $99 will have a delivery cost applied during checkout. (Only one promotional code can be used per transaction, either free delivery OR discount code). Please note that standard delivery will be used for all free delivery services, express postage will not be used.
Online orders for delivery within Australia are despatched via Australia Post, we will provide you with a tracking number.
PO Boxes
Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes within a 15km radius of 4154 on orders with free delivery. PO Boxes can be delivered to within this radius at the expense of the customer (Australia Post fee).
Delivery to residential addresses in unit blocks
If you are within the 15km free delivery radius your order will be delivered by hand. Please provide us with detailed instructions of how your order can be delivered safely in the notes section of your order (by providing a gate access code and/or instructions to leave in a secure area such as with the building manager). In the event we are unable to safely deliver your order, you may be charged for postage if we need to send via Australia Post due to access issues.

Inspire Athletic does not accept any responsibility for custom delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.International customers will need to check with their local customs office in regard to what, if any, duty you may be liable for when the order arrives.
