The Glasper Family Trust trading as Inspire Athletic (Aust) Pty Ltd does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.

Inspire Athletic (Aust) Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.

On the website (www.inspireathletic.com.au) the nominated currency used for all transactions is Australian Dollars (AUD$).

All prices displayed on the website (www.inspireathletic.com.au) will be in AUD$ and be inclusive of GST (Australian domestic Goods and Services Tax).

All Australian domestic customers and deliveries sent to Australian delivery addresses from the website (www.inspireathletic.com.au) will be subject to Australian GST. The rate of Australian GST is 10%

Dispatch of orders
Orders are normally dispatched within 1 – 3 business days of order confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.

Acceptance of goods
On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Inspire Athletic within 2 days of goods receipt. Please see Returns and Exchanges Policy for more information

Promotional codes
Only one promotional code can be used per order. The discount code must be applied to the relevant field during the checkout process.

Free local delivery
To qualify for free local delivery the shipping address must be within 15km radius of Wakerley 4154. The buyer is responsible for ensuring free local delivery is selected at checkout before finalising the order, refunds for postage charges applied will not be provided. PO Boxes cannot be delivered to within the 15km radius when free delivery is selected. Minimum order value is $20.

Delivery/shipping refunds
In the event a buyer selects the incorrect delivery/shipping option in error, a store credit for the postage cost will be provided. A refund on shipping will not be processed.

New subscriber discounts
Inspire Athletic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the terms of the new subscriber discount offer at any time without prior notice. New subscriber discounts cannot be redeemed against Sweat Testing or gift card purchases, are valid for 7 days from receipt and can only be used once.

Clearance items
All products listed in the Clearance section are sold on a strictly final sale basis and cannot be refunded or exchanged. It is the customer's responsiblity to review all product details before purchase, as refunds or replacements will not be provided on clearance items.
